BBA Tip: Old Art, New Space
Many clients are concerned about being able to utilize their existing artwork after having renovated their space. What to do with their old art? Honouring Our Past
We are in the process of launching the Versatile Presentation Centre at the corner of Esplanade and Lonsdale in North Vancouver. This 62-unit residential project derives its name from the venerable Versatile Pacific Shipyards. Helmed by Intracorp, this ocean-themed development is already attracting attention from potential buyers eager to partake in the unique vibe Lower Lonsdale has to offer. Versatile will actually be situated at Third and Lonsdale, right in the heart of the exciting new growth currently taking place in North Vancouver.
Spicing Up the Summertime
BBA is busy preparing the Presentation Centre for The Salt Condominiums, a new 192-unit residential development slated for the old Ticketmaster site at 1304 Hornby Street. This is a concrete highrise in the new Downtown South area. This neighbourhood is experiencing not only growth, but a new-found sense of identity. We expect the project’s colours of mango and mai-tai to not only spice up the summer, but add flavour to the new Downtown South as well! Watch for the Presentation Centre’s opening later this month.
